She also carries out seminars on corporate culture, conflicts, economic psychology, the psychology of co-operation and the consequences of globalization for Russia both in English and in Russian.

Being originally Russian, Svetlana's training perfectly combines a psychological knowledge of the Russian mentality, business and management practices of the customers’ companies, and an appropriate delivery of materials.
Since July 2010, Svetlana has been involved in building a cross-cultural managment system for Russian Government purposes, firstly as Adviser of the Chairman of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, later as an expert of the State Duma committee.
Svetlana is the author of numerous articles on Russian business culture and other cross-cultural issues.
