Susanne Doser is a certified trainer, coach, lecturer and consultant who works with individuals and groups from Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Switzerland, Austria, the U.S.A, Mexico, China and India both in Germany and abroad. She brings more than 22 years’ of personal, professional, and educational experience to bear when facilitating cross-cultural communication and work. Her experience ranges across a variety of institutions and sectors, including the automobile, chemical, banking, production, health care, IT and transport industry. She is a lecturer for Intercultural Management at the University of Cooperative Education in Mannheim and author of 30 Minutes for Intercultural Competence (Gabal publishers).
Susanne regularly runs individualized workshops and coaching sessions for executives abroad and in Germany, often based on selected personal profiles. She also designs and delivers customized programmes and business seminars for executives from around the world, as well as training bi-cultural teams whilst focusing on various cultures.
Suzanne was born in Belgium and grew up in both Belgium and Germany. She is fluent in German, English, Spanish and Dutch and is able to incorporate into her work a deep understanding of the complexities of communicating across linguistic barriers. She’s lived and worked in Germany, Belgium and Mexico, whilst working professionally with nationals from more than 45 countries.
Her seminars are peppered with personal anecdotes, honed from a lifetime of experience interacting and working with people from different backgrounds. Combined with a sound foundation in intercultural theory, Susanne brings an ability to truly connect with her programme participants and to convey a deep awareness of the “why’s” behind behaviour.
