Since 2012 Sébastien has been bringing his expertise in leadership development and business transformation to a wide gamut of clients in the industrial, IT, finance and professional services sectors. His programmes and workshops include Cross-Cultural Leadership, Intercultural Competences and Leading Diverse Teams. He also carries out training and consulting on the subjects of Managing for Impact, Influencing Skills, Communication Skills, and Business Transformation (customer-centric leadership, sales transformation, global account management) for global companies. Sébastien has facilitated customer-supplier 'shared expectations' sessions in Europe, the UK, Germany and France and has also developed a culture integration programme for L'Oreal.
Born and raised in France, Sébastien holds an engineering degree from the Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers, an MS in International Project Management from ESCP Europe in Paris, and an MS in Indian Business from the Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad. His international career began when he spent two years at the French embassy in Tokyo where he was responsible for the organization and facilitation of French-Japanese business meetings, workshops and visits for French government personnel, national agencies, and state-owned companies. He later spent 10 years at AT&T in a variety of positions, moving from International Strategy to Global Sales & Marketing Management whilst developing valuable competences that he now shares with his clients. In addition to his native French and fully proficient English, he can call on a strong conversational command of both German and Japanese as he seeks to help global teams achieve their objectives in complex, fast-paced, results-driven international environments.
