Benjamin Lund is CEO and founder of Core Competence Negotiation.
During the past six years he has worked as a consultant mainly with management and management profiles within negotiation advisory, negotiation training and process consultancy, creating strong results and bottom-line impact for a wide range of clients. He has seen clearly how cultural differences have a big impact on business results, both in terms of management and negotiations. Benjamin delivers training for both teams and groups, as well as to individuals. The focus of the training is on how to create impact and deliver even better business results.
Through more than 16 years negotiation and management experience, Benjamin Lund has negotiated a long list of results, including selling his own company to international organizations, and worked with or functioning as adviser in a wide range of other types of negotiations, i.e. Tenders (both buy side and sell side), Procurement/ Supply Chain, projects- and frame agreements.
He has worked globally with organisations such as Aker Solutions, Coop, DS Norden, ISS, Grontmij, Vestas, Danfoss, FLSmidth, and KMD.
Benjamin has a degree from Copenhagen Business School, is certified as a process consultant in extendedDISC (behavior style analysis), the Lewis Cultural model and he also uses extensive further analysis tools.
Benjamin is an official lecturer on MPM Negotiation at Reykjavik University Iceland.
