Venita specializes in communication and performance management across cultures. She is a regional expert on Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, India and USA where she has lived and worked across many industries for the last 25 years. Industries she has worked with include Sales, Marketing and Telecommunications, where she effectively transformed team results with enhanced communications and performance skills.

She became a certified RLC partner in 2011 attending both introductory and advanced programmes, including the use of the Cross-Cultural Dialogue Mat, endorsing her cross cultural experience and competencies of the last 25 years.

For family reasons, Venita left Australia for Hong Kong where her inherent cultural communication skills proved invaluable working across different industries in an international community that ultimately paved her smooth transition to Singapore, India and now Texas, USA.

Cultural background and experience

Of Indian decent, Venita grew up and completed her tertiary education in Australia in a multi-cultural environment creating an understanding and insight into other cultures that has subsequently led to her natural ability to effectively communicate across cultures.

Upon moving to Singapore, Venita attained her Masters in Administration (Marketing Management). She has since worked on private projects involving international trade in India, satisfying her entrepreneurial spirit.

Enhancing her communication skills, she also secured a Masters in Neuro Linguistic Programming and is also a certified Myers Briggs practitioner.
