Marcella finds great joy in her coaching and training. Using the 5 Wheel Drive concept from her book 'Events and Experiences', Marcella creates tailor-made training for teams of various types, from commercial teams, to sports teams, to boards of directors.

She has guided and trained many multi-cultural teams to look beyond the challenges posed by language, as they seek to better understand each other and to improve their communication, decision-making, and performance. Past and present clients include Corbion, TNT, Wageningen University, Rabobank International, and Royal Flora Holland. Geographically, she has worked in and co-created teams throughout Germany, Austria, Egypt, Bali, Kenya, and Nepal.

Marcella offers an impressive breadth of skills such as inspiring energy, goal-orientation, strategic outlook, out-of-the-box-thinking, and a special capacity for making things happen. Moreover, she offers unique expertise in organizing meaningful meetings.

Cultural background and experience

Marcella was born in a small village in The Netherlands. She was raised within a family of entrepreneurs and she honours that legacy to which she brings her own personal values of freedom, positivity, and openness. Together with her husband Aart, she is active in the global peace movement MasterPeace. They learn, every day, from young leaders from all over the world who share their talents while working to build a sustainable world with less armed conflict. This not only allows the couple to lead a more meaningful life but also reinforces their cross-cultural experience.

Marcella and Aart are blessed with two daughters and a half Italian grandson. She is especially aware of how lucky she is to still share the company and wisdom of her mother.
