Pavel Novák is a Negotiation Trainer with 15+ years of experience in the art and science of negotiation and with real-world negotiation expertise. He will help you master the art of negotiation through tailored training and coaching and will help you consistently achieve profitable agreements whilst strengthening your professional relationships. His approach is centred on three core elements: quality, pragmatism and impact.
Pavel studied the art of deal-making and dispute resolution at the Oxford Negotiation Programme, Harvard Programme on Negotiation and nearly all major negotiation schools (incl University of Michigan, Stanford University and MIT) and other prestigious professional courses. He successfully completed the complex program in conflict management and change management led by Ralph Kilmann, the renowned author of the TKI conflict mode instrument. Besides training solutions, Pavel is a member of active mediators groups who help solve real-life conflicts through mediation and ADR techniques. He specialises in commercial disputes.
Pavel has been a mentor at Equilibrium, a mentoring program for women, for three years.
Pavel is a native Czech speaker with fluent English and extensive international training experience providing vital negotiation skills for individuals and companies worldwide. He is very keen on working with intercultural teams globally. Pavel helps expats and business people in the Czech Republic to understand cultural norms and customs. Increasingly, he advises global corporations working in the Czech Republic to bridge the cross-cultural differences they face when serving EMEA and the global marketplace. He has trained individuals from 45 different nationalities.
