Luciana Gazzoni works with professionals at all levels of professional development. She aids young people’s transitions from university to organizations. She also develops & facilitates leadership programmes and offers coaching & people management mentoring. Her goal is to develop leaders so that they can inspire and consequently transform their organizations, leading to better results and a productive work environment.
She believes that professionals who are aware of their own strengths and skill gaps can invest in self-development and achieve superior results. One of her key interests is in providing the necessary tools, training, coaching, and assessments to support professionals as they develop cross-cultural competencies. She facilitates the adaptation of individuals and teams so that they can deliver even higher performance in their multicultural interactions.
Luciana holds a degree in business administration and an MBA in people management and group dynamics (SBDG). She has studied executive coaching at the Institute of Leadership & Management of London, and organizational transactional analysis at UNAT. She has accumulated almost 20 years experience working with organizations, and solid international corporate experience in human resources with an emphasis on developing people. She is certified in MBTI, Quantum, and EQI2.0 tools. She also teaches post-graduate university courses and is the director of the Development Space at ABRH-PR, Brazil.
